Post-Study Work Visa

◉ The Graduate Route currently grants 18-months work permit for Bachelors and Masters graduates, and 3 years for PhD graduates. After this period, graduates must switch to another visa category such as the Skilled Worker visa in order to continue to remain in the UK.

You may be able to apply permanently to settle in the UK via the Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after 5-7 years or more. This gives you the right to live and work in the UK for as long as you like, and apply for eligible benefits.
