Admission & Visa Process
Admission Process
- English Language Proficiency: English test scores from the last two years – IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. Scores vary by program and institution. A strong score is recommended for a successful visa outcome.
- Admission Application: We help you select your study program, shortlist NZQA-registered institutions and submit your application. We assist with documentation and your personal statement to secure admission at your preferred institution.
- Pay Tuition Deposit: Accept your Offer of Admission, and pay the required tuition deposit to begin the visa process.
Visa Process
- Proof of Funds: Your Sponsor/s must show living expenses of at least NZD $20,000 per year in addition to full tuition fees. Acceptable evidence includes bank statements, fixed deposits, education loan sanction letters, or a Financial Undertaking for a Student form (INZ 1014) completed by a guarantor.

Visa Requirements:
◉ Medical examination is required by a Panel Physician if staying more than 6 months.
◉ Police Clearance Certificate is required for applicants whose total stay in NZ will be 24 months or longer.
◉ Health Insurance: Mandatory for the full duration of your stay. Your institution will specify the required coverage.
◉ Return Travel: Evidence of a return ticket or sufficient funds to purchase one must be provided. - Student Visa Application (SVA): Submit your Student Visa application online through Immigration New Zealand (immigration.govt.nz) along with all supporting documents and pay the visa fee of NZD $850. INZ will assess your application and issue an Approval in Principle (AIP) – a conditional approval confirming your visa is approved subject to payment of tuition fees.

Post-Study Work Visa
- The Post-Study Work Visa allows eligible graduates to stay and work in New Zealand after completing their studies.
- Degree Level 7 and above graduates can work for any employer, in any role, anywhere in New Zealand.
- Non-degree graduates must work in a role related to their field of study.
- The Duration depends on your qualification level – from 1 to 3 years.
Visa Updates from 16 Nov. 2026
- Extended PSWV eligibility: Graduate Diploma (NZQCF Level 7) holders who also hold a Bachelor's degree (completed anywhere) will become eligible for a PSWV.
- New Short-Term Graduate Work Visa: 6 months of open work rights for graduates who completed a Level 5–7 qualification full-time for at least 24 weeks, but don't qualify for a PSWV.
